In the rich literature on the turnpike theory the vast majority of papers consider turnpike properties of optimal growth processes in the stationary Neumann-Gale-Leontief economies. There are only few papers, in which their authors attempt to explore characteristics of the optimal growth processes in the non-stationary economies (with changeable technology). This objective has been undertook in this paper with the non-stationary Gale economy with the limit technology.
